ICT Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team, someone who will be able to hit the ground running with minimum supervision. A minimum of three years’ experience in ICT is desirable to be considered for this opportunity. The successful candidate will report to the company’s Directors and will perform the key responsibilities below. They will be required to work remotely/partly remotely.

  • – Tertiary education
  • – 3+ years in a Sales role within the ICT arena
  • – Numbers Driven
  • – 3+ years in cold calling, and hunting for new business within the Telecom/ICT arena
  • – Excellent Telecoms/ICT industry knowledge
  • – Self starter
  • – Excellent communication and written skills
  • – Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • – Ability to close deals
  • – Well-spoken and presentable
Key responsibilities:
Present and sell the company’s products/services and solutions to potential customers.
Meet and exceed set targets and customer expectations.
Retain clients
Identify business opportunities and continuously monitor short and long-term opportunities.
Take responsibility for detailed revenue forecasting and budgeting in a timely and accurate manner on a monthly basis.
Develop product and market knowledge, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
